Her Edit: International Women’s Day Feature
Honoured to be featured in Her Edit this International Women’s Day.
Her Edit is an online downloadable magazine born out of the frustration of four women who could find nothing on the newsagent’s shelf that reflected their lives, their interests or their experience. Her Edit set out to produce a magazine that would give voice to women’s interests, ambitions, politics and daily lives.
My piece talks about the themes in my Memoir - Race, Class Gender and sex Equalities, and how much they are still relevant in today's world plus the International campaign to #BreakTheBias against women, and the joys of living with multilayered identities.
