I offer high-energy dynamic facilitation, training and strategy, drawing on personal experience over more than 40 years as an activist in the women’s movement and human rights worldwide. 

I specialise in diversity, equality and inclusion, gender, race, feminism, international development and solidarity.

I design exciting participatory and inclusive processes and strategies for not-for-profit groups from local grass-roots to global household names, working with more than 100 different organisations on five different continents.
